which looks better for medical school?

whats better for medical school? im a junior in high school and i know i want to become a doctor but i dont know what looks better for medicail school. i looked at american university and i really like the campus and the school but i know its known for its communications and politics. the school Franklin and Marshal is known for its preparing students for medical school. so my question is, should i go to franklin and marshal and be like an average student where everyone is trying to go to medical school or should i go to american university where i will stand out more and know the proffessors better? when i apply to medical school will they be like why would he take premed at american? or will they be like he did well there and stood out? or will they be like he went to franklin and marshal and didnt really stand out. or will they be like he went to franklin and marshal they have a very good science and so he's more prepared for medical school?
