Which LCD tv would be better for video games? 32" 1080p 120hz Sony Bravia or a 40"...

...1080p 60hz Bravia? I am just concerned with the refreshrate with each TV. Is there gonna be a huge difference in refreshrate for the 40in compared to the 32in?
