which las vegas lounges are great to drink and chill?

me and my boyfriend aren't "clubbers"

what can we do for 3 full days in vegas? we go often and tend to just walk the strip, drink, and gamble.

i'd like to just sit at a nice lounge and drink. anyone know any good casino bar places that are good?
