Ok so I found an Asus laptop with 4gb ram, 2.26ghz dual core proc. nvidia 9800 gs card with 512 dedicated. The price is 750, but it is refurbished.

Best buy has a new Asus with 4gb ram, 2.0 ghz proc dual core . and the nvidia gtx 260m with 1gb of dedicated graphics. It is 1,000 new.
I mainly would like to game, and I already know desktops are far more superior. This is for school and gaming. If you have any suggestions or know of any better deals, please feel free to let me know.
