Which jeep wrangler unlimited is better?

I'm considering getting a jeep wrangler unlimited sahara or rubicon. Which is better? I need to be able to drive on the highway, but also on gravel and off-roading.
I know I need 4x4, and I want the 6- speed manual transmission.
