Which is more important for college, grades or the reputation of the high school?

I'm trying to figure out whether I should go to a high school with a really good reputation and a huge amount of competitive students but get non honors classes. Or go to decent school with less competition and be able to take AP and honors classes. Which one would give a better chance at getting into a good college?
