Which is more against human rights and grotesque between these two examples from a religious point of view?

The prelate in Scotland has cried from the pulpit that the act of marriage between two people of equal sex is against human rights and is grotesque yet he fails to address the abuse of children within his organization.
Jesus Christ mentions nothing about equal sex marriage. In fact he tells the Pharisees that when we die we are like angels and are sexless and we no longer are even married.
He also makes it clear that to harm a child is abhorrent to God and that it be better the child harmer was never born and that they be cast into the waters with a millstone around their neck.
Now if the Son of God whom this Church amongst other churches of the Christian Incorporated Organization is founded on tells you that there is no forgiveness for child abusers then why is this Church allowed to preach falseness and deception whilst harbouring in their midst criminals in black with breviaries?
You can quote as many scriptures written by men as much as you wish but you cannot compare what man said with what God declares or else your making Christ out to be a liar.
You cannot use scriptures either to camouflage what is homophobia.
Neither can you judge or put fear into peoples minds about punishment. That is entirely the doing of the minds that believe dogma and the words of this celibate prelate who should be cleaning up his own church of the filth and evil rather than fear mongering and casting stones.
I am not Gay and I couldn't be bothered either way about two people of equal sex loving each other and marrying each other.
No one is going to force them into a church to get wed and no church need worry about admitting them entry.
So what is the problem?
