Which is easier to use the gimp or paint.net? Which is better?

Gimp with the gimpshop plugin to memic photoshops interface is the best alternative.

It depends on what you are editing and what for.

Most designers that make images [icons, toolbars, etc]. Professional use in a sense. It is a little complicated, in my opinion.

Paint.net is alot easier to use and seems to me have a wider range of effects that you can *play* around with.

I vote for Paint.net
