Which is cylinder #1 on a 2004 Ford Expedition 5.4L V8?

Working on my friends truck and I'm getting only a cylinder #7 misfire DTC. I can feel the engine chugging and misfiring intermittently on acceleration. I've changed the spark plugs and looked ok. Compression on all cylinders seem normal. I'm gonna try swapping ignition coils next. If not, thinking then it might be the injector that needs to be replaced. Need to know which cylinder is what before I can make any further diagnosis. Any info would be very helpful, thanks!
 
right hand side of engine.passenger duh!prob bad coil or more than one need to read codes for dtc's injectors should be firing not unless their stuck open then u ll smell gas
