Which is better? Vodafone, Docomo, Reliance, Idea, Airtel?

I want a new GSM connection for my cell phone. I have a fair usage of the phone thus would prefer a cheap as well as good SIM card. I use the SMS most frequently than calls but both are used fairly. I use National as well as Local SMS services. Please suggest which would better suit my requirements?

And I've also heard that Docomo doesn't have a good network. Is it true?
I would prefer a Prepaid as Postpaid uses up raw money!
 
Hey, I will thumbs up for Reliance! I had docomo but has a sad network & service! Well If you also make International calls reliance is better. If you want you can visit reliance global call on facebook for more info & offers. I m sure this would help u! :)
