I want to lose weight so I am going to be starting a new workout plan. I have access to either a treadmill or exercise bike but its one or the other.
Its going to be one hour workout 6 times a week, I am planning on doing 30 minutes on whichever machine is better and then 30 minutes with weights/exercises.
