which is better to cook a fish (fillet)--baked or through pan?

will be using the same ingredients, just dont know which cooking procedure would be good...
 
Frying is so much nicer in my opinion, especially if it has skin on.

Just lightly fry it in oil, and don't move it or stir it about.
Cook the skin side so its browned and crispy

Baking is easier but pan frying is better tasting. Panfrying is easy if you follow three things

1. Do not turn your fish more than once
2. move fish with two spatula/spoon
3. Keep the fish moist after it is half cooked, the trick is, pour some sauce on the sides when the fish is almost half done.
