Which is better, the Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG20 or the Hitachi D36FT?

I've narrowed my choice down to the Xacti VPC-CG20 or the Hitachi D36FT. Both seem to offer pretty much everything I want, is the main difference the still shot MP?
