frankly speaking....neither of them....
Buy an android....like galaxy fit or galaxy 5 etc....
Bt still between them 5233 is better in lot of terms like resolution, video rec and playback quality , apps n games but sadly lacks wifi.....
Which is in wave 525.....
So choose wisely....
