which is better L7 or PEBL

cruisin 1966, that site u told me about amazing, so much cheapper then the other sites ive been cheking out. i could get the v3i now for the same price that i was buying the L7 for. but ur pebl trhat u bought is 357$ canadian or american dollars. becuz i dont want any surprises, or either suprise charges.
