Its not really that important. The real action is in post-grad. So rather than concentrate on what you study undergrad don't worry about it too much (use it as a discovery opportunity) and instead concentrate on a school that has a good admission rate to grad school. For what you are interested in my 2 suggestions are New College Florida and Reed:

New College sends an ungodly number to grad school (about 2/3's) and academically Reed is as good as any school in the world (I put it well in the top 20-30 schools worldwide).
