Which is better (1) 12" Orion hcca or (2) 12" Memphis M3 Mojo's?

I'm looking for the best SPL and SQ, but I'm really looking for the most BOOM!
The Orion is 2000 wats RMS 4000 watt Peak, and the Mojo's are 1000 watt RMS a piece 2000 watt Peak a piece.

I would be running it/them with a 4000 watt Memphis 16-MCD4KW amp.
