Which is best Magna flow, Borla, Or banks Exhaust?(For Jeep Grand Cherokee)?

Looking for a exhaust for my 2002 grand jeep Cherokee and cant deciede between the 3 brands, they all sound really good. I am looking for a deep throaty sound, and some HP boosts. Any adivce, or any good/bad experiences with certain brands. Want to get some opinions before i put down 500+
