ok let me start of by saying my parents are diplomats and we move around a lot, i finished my high-school in my country nigeria while my parent were in Switzerland, then i joined them and stayed there for 2 years not going to university but working, then my father was moved to the usa for some reasons, i have been here for like 4 months now so i decided to go to uni but the fees have been bothering me, since i am not from this country does that mean i have to pay the out of state fee even dough i live here in the usa?
which i am i to pay in uni, in state or out of state tuition and fees?
