Which houseplants tolerate a lower humidity environment the best?

Desert rose, any cacti, most succents such as agraves, aloes, kancole (mis spelling) and the endless others.

Some other plants that can handle lower humidity are peace lilies (need bright sunlight and lots of water though and will fry if in full sun outside) as well as bougainvilleas (can take some dry spells, but needs a sunny window with a southern exposure because those are the warmest windows of most homes.

small plants - philodendron, pothos, many begonias do well indoors and bloom on and off all year, cyclamen, cactus

floor plants - large cut leaf philodendron, schefflera, large cactus
