Which Graphics card should i buy?

My system specs are:

Intel q8200
Kingston 4GB ram DDR2 800 Mhz
Gigabyte EG45M-DS2H
Samsung 2233sw monitor

I m ready to change my motherboard for a faster PCI slot...plz suggest me graphic card using which i can play all latest games at 1920x1080 resolution...

Also please tell me if i required to give any other details....
