Which game should i play on COD to rank up quickly? PS3?

I want to ge to prestige, im level 60.
I just noticed i usually play free for all and all i get is about 20 kills 50 xp points for each kill
On team death i get 100
Search and destroy is 400 or 300 which is the best one.

And yes i am a girl who plays COD and YES im brilliant at it
