which fish should i keep?

i have a jack dempsey and a tiger oscar. the jack dempsey is a bully and bullies the tiger oscar and ate my cray fish, but he refuses to eat other fish. the tiger oscar is kinda beat up and is small(4 inches) the JD is 7 inches long and has beutiful colors. which one should i put on craiglist????
 
what size tank do you have? oscars get extremely large so if you don't have room for a two foot long fish i'd say the oscar should go
