So every year I get money from grandma for my birthday. She'll probably give me a 20.How can you help? I have a ten gallon freshwater tank and I want 4 neon tetras a male mollie and maybe a air stone if I can afford it.My question is do you think there's a cheaper and more colorful choice of fish? If so please provide pictures thanks!
Can someone get an estimated price too? Thanks=]

Guppies are very colorful...they make your tank look nice....
they cost around $2.99 for males and females are around $1.40

your consideration on fish need to include temperament the neon's are non-aggressive mollies are semi-aggressive if yo choose guppies they are non-aggressive so ask your local store which fish can live together

Guppies!!! If you get a bunch of male guppies, the different colors you can find are endless. They are relatively cheap too. If you get both male and female (remember to keep 2-3 females to 1 male) they will breed like crazy. Fish babies are oddly cute. Just remember to leave a little room in the tank for them.

Neon tetras are fine in a 10 gallon, but don't just get a single male molly. They really need to be kept in larger groups, and they just don't do that well in 10 gallons--not enough space; they get much bigger than guppies.
