Which fish should I get?

I have a 20 gal. tank I got a week ago. I was either going to get 4 glofish to start and in a month or two months get 3 more. Or get 1 male and 2 female guppies. I don't really know if the glofish will be any fun without a blacklight though. I CAN'T GET A BLACKLIGHT!!
I have a lot of friends that would take the fry.
GLOFISH!!!! Not GOLDFISH!!!!!

It's a modified zebra danio.
 
I'd get the guppies! But watch for signs of pregnancy and if she has the babies, get them out of there imidiately because the mother will eat them :O we had them in 2nd grade and the mother ate a few.. But good luck!
 
hmm , tough choice actually . but i would say stick with he goldfishes because you wouldn't want like guppies in one tank that keeps on reproducing. It would be very troublesome. Personally thats my choice.
 
goldfish can be very messy sometimes an eye sore. good luck with that b lack light.

Convert to salt, the fish are gorgeous and vibrant and their not actually harder to take care of than fresh, I have 2 tanks and a clownfish, crabs, a firefish, etc. I LOVE IT!
