As well as lowest mercury levels? And both?
I eat a lot of trout which I know have low mercury levels but are moderate with PCB and should be limited to 6 meals per month.
I am starting to have a feeling to avoid eating fish at all to get rid of these concerns.
As PCB builds up in low amounts over time, how long will it take it to take affect on the body?
I know the mercury goes away on its own but PCBs stay in the body very long.
Is there any way to avoid PCBs?
I eat the skin of the fish and I do cook the fish. Is this a good way to avoid it, or is the skin not to be eaten anyway?
I fish my trout from Ice House Reservoir or Silver Lake in Northern CA.
