Which Firefox addon will allow me to download any embedded flash video?

I know there's a few but I lost the urls to them and I know some of them don't work properly. Can someone tell me which one works!

realplayer will allow you to download flash movies from firefox and ie . but for the latest firefox version the plugun didn't work.but i didn't update my realplayer so u can check
