Which films have you walked out of in sheer boredom?

Ice Age. Not excatly a cinema, but we watched it at school a few years ago on the last day of term (optional). Couldn't take it.

A Clockwork Orange - would rather have had a kicking from a real gang for 120 minutes than watch this again.

Independence Day was utter garbage and I'll never get the 6 hours of my life back wasted from watching the first 2 Lord of the Rings movies. How many fights against elves and goblins do people want to sit through????

I really wanted to walk out of 'Be Cool'- with John Travolta and Uma Thurman. It was so boring and there was only about 10 people if that in this massive cinema and the film had just come out! But I stuck it out.

Also I fell asleep when I went to see 'Elizabethtown'!! I just wasn't interested in it but my friend really enjoyed it so I had a nap while she watched it!

I've never walked out of any film, but I have had the misfortune of being with people who have fallen asleep during films...my dad being the number one offender. He manages to fall asleep during the noisiest films imaginable ie Star Wars, War of the WorlRAB...and worst of all is he snores!! My OH fell asleep during Munich, and also started snoring like a pig, it was so embarrassing, and when he spluttered awake and demanded to know what he'd missed!

Walked out of House of the Dead once, complained that it was the biggest load of crap I had ever seen in my life so they let me watch something else instead (might have been finding nemo). Nothing about that film was good beside the number of tits on screen. It seemed to advertise Sega everywhere. It was like watching a long rubbish advert with equally poor acting. The film is number 22 on Imdb's 100 worst films of all time.

I'm not so sure that they didn't win! Tom Cruise definitely has something of the alien about him! :p

As for walking out of a film I left part way through some godawful tripe starring Kim Basinger called (I think) The Real McCoy.......mind you I didn't pay to get in to see it so it wasn't all bad! :D

a long, long time ago, walked out a film called 'white nights' it starred mikhail baryshnikov (sp) and gregory hines , can't remember anything else about it etc., just that i had to get away.

last year (or it might have been the year before?), desparately wanted to walk out of 'closer' with jude law, clive owen, julia roberts and a nother woman who i cant remember, but couldn't. it was just so slow, the characters were all such selfish w*nkers that you just didn't care what happened to them, the story was just depressing pants.

(i find jude law films have all made me feel that way though, like a.i.)
