I just bought the Moment yesterday and its great. Im not big on texting but if i do text i prefer a keyboard as to a touchscreen thats why i went with the moment instead of the Hero. Both the Hero and Moment have android and its a completely different system than any other phone. It doesn't have Sprint default settings. You need to work around the phone and find out what and where everything is. I havent found out how to do much yet but Im working on it. The phone is really nice itself and the keyboard has big keys and makes it easy to access everything. The touchscreen works really great and doesn't freeze at all. The battery life is very low with such a big screen and the many apps installed. So becareful with the battery if you get this phone. Other then that its great!
