I am taking a survey of what people think of different fast food restaurants. The restaurants to be reviewed are:

A & W
Burger King
Wendy's
Harvey's

They need to be rated in the following categories:

Cost
Taste
Cleanliness (of restaurant)
Service (of restaurant)

Rank each restaurant from 1st (best) to 5th (worst) in each of these categories.
