They all sound really good and I only get to pick one. Which one sounds best to you ?
Eggplant Parmigiana
Eggplant,fried golden lightly breaded, topped with Marinara sauce and Mozzarella Cheese, served on a bed of Angel Hair Pasta tossed in a Pesto sauce

Lasagna Classico
Pasta noodles layered with Ricotta Cheese, Spinach and Meat sauce topped with Mozzarella Cheese

Penne Italian Sausage
Penne Pasta, Italian sausage, green Pepper, red Onion, black Olive, diced Tomato and Corn tossed in a southwestern Pesto sauce
