jazz in the late 60's and 70's were great. Especially with Captain Beefheart because he really let our his soul when he played.

Yeah my folks got me into Queen, AC-Dc, Guns 'n' Roses, Midnight Oil, Aerosmith...Even Metallica...all of which I still listen to on a regular Basis...

I think it goes from 60-80s, rock really evolved then. I mean the general music was terrible, but the rock scene was coming on quite well. People like Hendrix, The Dorrs, The Who. Things were really starting to grow, not just change.
