Do all courts have jurisdiction to interpret it , and why?
i put supreme court on the test, and teacher marked it wrong!

the other options are federal courts only, all courts of competent jurisdiction and only the states highest courts and the U.S. Supreme Court

All courts hold this jurisdiction, but the final arbiter is the US Supreme Court.

All lawsuit involving any Constitutional issue always starts in the lower courts, in a lonely courtroom...even in far away places. The judge is required to interpret all relevant laws, including the Constitution when deciding the case.

Even traffic courts have had to interpret Constitutional issues.

The Supreme Court either reverses or agrees to lower court findings.
