Which Country Sells the Cheapest Sports Bike?

I want to import a sports bike to my country for personal use since we do not have dealers for Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki sports bikes. I am still thinking if I will get used or brand new. With regard to the brand new ones, I want to get from a dealership with the lowest base price. I am looking at CBR 600s or Ninja 600s.

they make everything and its cheap but it will probly fll apart
