Which countries have the best and worst media coverage of climate science?

Media coverage of climate science in the USA tends to be pretty awful. Not only do we have the virtual propaganda machine of Fox News, but even some of the better media outlets do a poor job covering the subject. The NY Times has run many inaccurate climate science stories, and the Washington Post editorial section constantly runs pieces written by George Will full of misinformation and lies.

But we're certainly not alone. I know The Australian (owned by Rupert Murdoch, I believe) is one of the most blatant global warming denial newspapers in the world. In Canada, CanWest seems to be almost as bad as Murdoch's news empire, and owns most of the major Canadian newspapers. In the UK, while the Guardian has mainly done a good job covering climate science, there's also the notoriously awful Daily Mail, Sunday Times, and Telegraph.

What's your experience? Which countries have the best and worst media coverage of climate science?
