I took enough chicken out of the freezer this morning to cook for supper, tonight.
Now. I'm debating which cooking method to cook this chicken.
I can either BAKE it in dry seasonings (I bought a box-full of Shake-n-Bake(r) seasonings; so this is possible)
or - I can SMOTHER these chicken pieces in Cream of Mushroom soup (I also stocked up on cans of Campbell's(r) Cream of Mushroom soup)
or - I can STEW with these chicken pieces.
I bought a small bag of pre-cut veggies for stew.
With the current snow-front blanketing the Texas panhandle tonight, I'm seeking cooking ideas for supper.
