Which colleges/universities should I look at?

So...

My GPA IS 3.4 and I have lots of extracurricular activities as well as community service. I was president of several clubs and treasurer, secretary and vice prez for others. I'm taking the SAT soon, but I know I'll do at least a little above average since I took it once before and received a 1630. I took some AP/Honors courses. What colleges do I have a goot chance at?

*I want to major in International Relations and I'm tri-lingual.
*I'm Southern Californian and as much as possible I want to go north..
 
awe i was gonna say ole miss?? ole miss have an excellent opportunity for your studies..and also i would say university of michigan the reason is because more opportunity...
