Which city is the most "DESPERATE" to win a championship (in any sport)?

OK...There are cities out there that have die hard sports fans. However, some cities have gone years if not decades without winning a championship in ANY sport. Which city is the most "DESPERATE" to win a championship (in any sport)?

*Cleveland
*Seattle
*San Diego
*Other
Chicago White Sox won a World Series in 2005! So I doubt Chicago is the most desperate for a Championship.
