Which city is more characterized by Latin American culture: Los Angeles or Houston?

And which of all cities in the United States have the most influence of Latin American culture?
 
I'd say Houston is influenced more by recent immigrants. It does have an older hispanic community, that feels very conservative.

Los Angeles though seems to have a larger, more established and unique chicano population in addition to the migrant population.

I vote L.A.

As far as all cities go, I think El Paso by far.
