Which city in CANADA has the biggest gay culture/life?

Hi there. I'm planning to move for university as soon as I graduate from highschool and wanted to move to the biggest gay CANADIAN city. Currently I live in Edmonton but I heard the three biggest ones are:

Vancouver
Toronto
Montreal

Which one is most gay? By that I mean which has the biggest population, culture, etc.
