I can only get Languages and the top countries of origin of immagrants.

Afgan people from all over the world are here too this is London captial of former largest empire in the world. But im talking of cultures not nationalities.
 
I'd have to say london...simply because they have more asians and Asians from one country tend to speak at least a dozen different languages
