Which channel in India, if any, will be broadcasting the Eurovision Song Contest 2008?

I live in Goa, India and would like to know if the Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast on any Indian cable tv networks. According to the ESC website it is broadcast in India but I have not been able to find a list of channels outside Europe that will be broadcasting the show...
