Hello, I was recently with Alltel who switched me to Verizon.. VERIZON SUCKS--the people were rude, the supervisors were rude, unreliable, never called back, ripped me off on money, didnt return my security deposit etc. Every supervisor I spoke to said they will not waive my early term fee. I was unsatisfied with them, that's why i wanted to drop there service. I don't want to deal with a company that gives me the run around and every supervisor promises a call back, and never does. I'm told one thing and billed another--The closest verizon is 2.5hrs away from me while the alltel was 15 mins from me, when they switched me later the FCC decieded that alltel will STAY alltel, they wont let verizon in--Long story short I spoke with a wonderful executive when writing to the president of the company who will waive those fees for me, so now I'm trying to find another cellphone company--I dont mind contracts etc. I use a blackberry phone, so if theres any place that doesnt charge a huge amount for blackberry or any smart phone that would be great--I'm looking for a cheaper plan. I am paying $225.00/mo at verizon... 1000 mins I believe? Unlimited text/internet is a must!
