The Supra would win hands down.

Since I'm assuming this is the American model with the 7M-GTE turbo engine the Supra will produce roughly 200 hp from the factory. A 2003 SRT4 Dodge will produce 215 hp from the factory. The SRT4 weights roughly 2900lbs and the Supra weighs 3300+. So the neon will will hands down in a race. If the Supra was a Japanese import Twin Turbo 1JZ-GTE (276 HP) engine then we might have a different outcome.
