Which car should I purchase, the 2006 Cadillac CTS or the 2006 Lexus ES 330?

I'm going to test drive both of these cars and am having a hard time deciding which one is the better value for the money (granted I like what I see during the test drive). Any help would be appreciated. Just FYI, 2 other cars I'm looking at are the 2007 Mercedes C230 and the 2008 Honda Accord EXL.
