I am 27 and I drive a Mazda 6. I wanted to get a Mazda 3 but the dealer would not work as good with me because the 3 is a more popular car. I love the 6 it handles good for a sedan and has decent gas millage plus its great to haul stuff and people around in.
However I would say get a 3 especially the newest model ones they are quite sharp and really fit someone who is in their late teens/early twenties. Do not get silver though...everyone in America owns a silver Mazda 3 or 6 I swear...
