Chrysler - without a doubt.
GM and Chevrolet have a strong following, Ford is thus far refused any bailouts.
Chrysler, on the other hand, has already had a previous bailout, is the newest of the three, from 1998 to 2007, Chrysler and its subsidiaries were part of the German based Daimler Chrysler, in 2008, Daimler announced that its stake in Chrysler (approximately 20%) had a book value of zero dollars after write offs and charges, after the defeat of the auto bailout in the Senate, Chrysler stated that they would most likely file for bankruptcy and shut down all operations permanently, and the same year, they announced an extended layoff for all of their workers.
The company is now owned by a private equity firm and is in dire straights and constant survival mode as I write this.
