Which camera would give u a better photo?

Which camera quality would be better if u were going to take photos that needed you to zoom in quite a bit (e.g. concert)

10 megapixel camera with
3x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom

8 megapixel camera with
5x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom

taking in to account they are the same brand
