Ok guys need some help to choose a new camera.
Normally i know what i want and get it, however would like some help on this one.
Firstly I have just sold my canon 5D Mk2 (excellent camera), now i need to get a cheaper one.
in the past i owned the canon 350D 500D and 50D,
I am not a big fan of the canon XXXD rage, 50D is good but lacks video, 7D is to expensive
So my choices are canon 50D because i like the look, feel of the body and it takes good pictures, and has the added advantage of Compact flash cards which i have 3 8GB extreame 3 cards.
(don't like the new 60D and its too expensive anyway)
or I was think of one of those 4 thirds cameras, like the panasonic GF1, these have the advantage of being small, almost like an SLR with changeable lens and has the ablity to record HD videos too.
So i wouold like to advice from people who use the GF1 or if you own a DSLR 50D, 5D 7D, nikon D90 D3000, etc and a one of those small camera, please comment on IQ compared to normall DSLRs.
If the image qulity is good on the GF1, it would be ideal as its small
not intrest in the canon G1, looks ugley and feels cheap.
