Which brands that sell sneakers with excellent arch support?

I have flat feet and had a hard time searching for sneakers (regular shoes with no opening) with excellent arch support that is actually there to push against my arches. I always found ugly old people shoes all over stores and internet but no cute ones. I like Chaco but they only sell like two designs of shoes btw I already have their pair of sandals.

So which brands that make shoes with good arch AND not look like they belong to old people. I'm 20 yr old female and shoe size 8- 8.5
Can you give me the website that sell them too?
